SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
All orders ship within 3-5 business days. Customers will be provided a tracking number. Customers may also pick up at the store during normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-7p and Saturdays 9a-5p.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
All returns must be submitted to us within 30 days for a full refund. If an item is defective for any reason , all items that are damaged must be reported within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. If for some reason, a size doesn't work, an exchange may be made within 30 days if inventory is available. Otherwise the item may be retunred for a refund within the appropriate time frame.
WARRANTY AT FLIPPEN FINDS
About Our Policy
We offer a 90 day warranty for our products. In the event that an item is defective or offers more wear and tear than normal, we will refund the item. Unfortunately due to the nature of the products and the styles ever changing, we can not offer more than a 90 day warranty at this time.
